Alex Ovechkin is leading the team with 26 goals this season as the Capitals are currently on a 6 game win streak entering its bye week. It will be interesting to see how they do coming out of it, They also recently swapped conditional picks to acquire Kings D Tom Gilbert who could be a pretty good addition to the team.

Another team that has been hot of late in the NHL are the Minnesota Wild. The Wild are ranked 4th as a team in goals per game yet they don't have an individual who's top 15 in scoring. This year has been a good one so far for the Wild you are on track for their 1st ever Stanley Cup in franchise history.
